इनपुट डिवाइस (Input Device) वे डिवाइस होते हैं जिनके द्वारा हम अपने डाटा या निर्देशों को कंप्यूटर में इनपुट करा सकते हैं। कंप्यूटर में कई तरह के इनपुट डिवाइस उपयोग किए जाते हैं। ये डिवाइस कंप्यूटर को निर्देश देने एवं डाटा प्रविष्टि के लिए प्रयोग किए जाते हैं। इनपुट डिवाइस कई प्रकार के होते हैं तथा सभी इनपुट डिवाइस किसी विशिष्ट उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोगी होते हैं। जैसे टाइपिंग के लिये हमारे पास की-बोर्ड (Keyboard) होते हैं - जो हमारे निर्देशों को टाइप करते हैं। इसी प्रकार माउस पोइंटिंग डिवाइस है जिसके द्वारा किसी ऑब्जेक्ट पर क्लिक करके निर्देश दिए जाते हैं।

आउटपुट डिवाइस के द्वारा कंप्यूटर से प्राप्त परिणामों (Result) को प्राप्त किया जाता है इन परिणामों को प्राय: डिस्प्ले डिवाइस (स्क्रीन) या प्रिंटर के द्वारा प्राप्त किया जाता हैं। मुख्य रूप से आउटपुट के रूप में प्राप्त सूचनाएं या तो हम स्क्रीन पार देख सकते है या प्रिंटर से पेज पर प्रिंट कर सकते है या संगीत सुनने के लिये आउटपुट के रूप में स्पीकर का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
वे उपकरण जिनके द्वारा कंप्यूटर से प्राप्त परिणामों को प्राप्त किया जाता है आउटपुट डिवाइसेज कहलाते हैं। आउटपुट डिवाइस कई प्रकार के होते हैं।
